Each piece is made by hand, and timelines may vary depending on material and production stage. Concrete pieces may require additional curing time, while ceramic pieces may take longer due to drying and firing processes. Many orders ship sooner once completed.

Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Domestic Shipping Only: We currently ship within the United States and its territories. International shipping is not available at this time as we continue to grow and refine our processes.

BOLCOTTO is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or unforeseen transit issues.
